ड्यूकको दक्षिणपन्थी प्रशासनको बिरूद्ध जनआन्दोलन भैरहेको हो । प्रस्तावित कर वृद्धिलाई विरोध गरेपछि अप्रिलदेखि नै कोलम्बियाले विरोध प्रदर्शनको बिरोध गरेको छ।
